All product photos displayed on OppaJjang website are originally created by OppaJJang. We also makes every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be 100% the same as the colours of our products. All the prices stated on OppaJJang website are final and non-negotiable.
DELIVERY, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND
We will not be responsible for any packages lost if you opt for normal postage. We will exchange or refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose; if it is being mailed to us within 14 days after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will only be entitled to exchange. OppaJJang reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails to returns or exchange.
