SHIPPING
All orders are shipped using JNE. For Shipping Cost, please refer to JNE.CO.ID. Your order will be shipped from Surabaya, Indonesia. Products ordered will be processed and delivered within a week. We ship regular orders from Surabaya, Indonesia in business days after we verify your payment. The further you are from our location, the package may arrive 2 or 3 days later.
REFUND
We will not be responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged if you opt for normal postage. We will exchange or refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose; if it is being mailed to us within 14 days after purchase. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will only be entitled to exchange. OppaJJang reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item. Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails to returns or exchange.
